A blend of Linden, Meadowsweet, Skullcap, Blue Vervain, and Betony.

Linden has been described as a hug in a cup with herbal properties that include antispasmodic, hypotensive, nervine, and relaxant. 
Meadowsweet contains salicin, a compound for which aspirin was derived, and has herbal properties that include analgesic, antacid, anti-inflammatory, and stomachic. 
Skullcap may help to calm brain function and has herbal properties that contain analgesic, antispasmodic, nervine, and sedative.
Blue Vervain is often utilized to relax the nerves and has herbal properties that include bitter, diaphoretic, diuretic, expectorant, hypotensive, nervine, and relaxant.
Betony is an analgesic nervine that has herbal properties that include analgesic, nervine, and sedative.
